Working as a Virtual Assistant for over 9 years I was frequently asked by my clients to help with their marketing materials. Getting professional looking documents without paying premium prices is often difficult for small business owners.

Whether you need a newsletter, flyers, menus, information leaflets or even business cards, help is just an e-mail away. Whatever you need I’m sure I can help.

Newsletters

I will design and layout your first newsletter for a one-off charge of $75. Thereafter each newsletter will be charged at $40 per 2 pages.

Your newsletter is delivered to you in PDF format for you to print out yourself or add to your website.

Trifold Leaflets/Menus/Information Leaflets

I will design, layout and print 20 copies of your document for a one-off charge of $100. For an additional charge of $50 you may purchase the PDF file to print out your own as and when you need them.

Business Cards

For a one-off charge of $100 I will design and layout your business card and print & trim 45 copies. You will also received a PDF file of the card for you to print your own as and when you need them.

Logos

Need a logo for your business? For just $75 I can design you a logo. All design work is created at 300dpi and you will receive a jpg & png format of your final logo.

Websites

What about a website to go along with your new logo and marketing materials? For $250 I will design a basic 5 page site for you. Domain names, hosting will be charged in addition - unless you have your own already.

Ongoing maintenance of your site is charged at $40 per hour or I have retainer packages for regular updating requirements.

Desktop Publishing has been a bit of a passion for me for some time now. I have always loved playing with my computer and being able to create marketing materials for my own business has been a joy! I am not a trained graphic designer however, and my charges reflect that. I wouldn’t even attempt to pass myself off as a graphic designer - I know of several and their talents and skills are awesome.

I do this work because I love it and I have fun working with my computer packages. If you need something a little more advanced than what you see here then I would strongly recommend that you employ a fully qualified graphic designer, but if you are looking for something to bring your small business up a notch at reasonable prices then you can give me a try.

Please also be assured that if I think your requirement needs a more skilled approach I will let you know. It is not in my interests to attempt to undertake something beyond my abilities. You can expect full and frank disclosure from me at all times.

For all of these DTP projects I will require copy written by the client. I can help with the drafting of your content but I am not a copy writer. I do have contacts I can refer you to if you need the assistance of a professional copy writer.
